Bert & May Tiles — Now Available at the Studio

We now source tiles from Bert & May, with a curated selection available to view in our workshop.
This isn’t about adding another product line. It’s about improving how a kitchen comes together as a whole.
Most kitchens we work on don’t need replacing — the layout works, the cabinetry is sound — but the surrounding finishes often date the space. Splashbacks in particular can feel disconnected from the rest of the room.
This is where Bert & May fits naturally into our process.
Colour, properly considered
One of the most useful aspects of Bert & May is their ability to produce tiles in bespoke RAL colours.
In practical terms, that means your splashback can sit exactly where it should within the palette — not close, not “similar”, but properly aligned with the cabinetry, walls, and overall tone of the space.
When we’re refining a kitchen, we’re not just thinking about the doors. We’re thinking about how everything reads together — colour, light, texture, and proportion.
Having that level of control over the tiles changes the outcome.
A more complete approach to kitchen refinement
A lot of kitchens don’t need to be stripped out. They need to be rethought.
Refinishing the cabinetry is one part of that. But when paired with considered updates — like a new tiled surface — the space can shift entirely.
Cabinetry is refined in a controlled workshop environment
Colours are tested and agreed properly
Surrounding finishes are brought into the same conversation
The result is a kitchen that feels intentional, rather than pieced together over time.
View tiles alongside your finish
Tiles from Bert & May are now available to view at the studio.
If you’re already considering a kitchen refinement project, we can look at tile options alongside your chosen colour and finish — so decisions are made in context, not in isolation.
Considering a kitchen that works, but no longer feels right?
We specialise in refining well-made kitchens where the structure is sound, but the finish no longer fits the space.
